REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS on molds as they are individually tested before shipment.  A $5.00 restock charge will apply to all other merchandise.  Absolutely NO REFUNDS on shipping charges.

If you use AOL when you go to "VIEW CART" button you will not be able to use the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.  Simply close the PayPal window and continue your shopping.  When finished with your shopping press the "VIEW CART" button at the bottom of the page and continue to "CHECKOUT".

The preferred method of payment is PayPal.  You may use your Visa or Master Card through PayPal.  

We accept Money Orders.  If using a Money Order simply proceed with your shopping.  When you have finished shopping click on "VIEW CART".  Print out your order and either mail it along with your Money Order to:

Please be sure to include your name, complete shipping address, telephone number and email address.  Orders without the contact name, complete shipping address, telephone number and email address cannot be processed.  Mail In and Fax orders will be processed after the Money Order is received.

SHIPPING
MINIMUM SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES $5.00

All orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.  Unless otherwise instructed all orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail thru the U. S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Larger items and orders are shipped via UPS ground.   International orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority with confirmation.  Additional International shipping charges will be invoiced through PayPal and must be paid prior to shipping. 
To ensure efficient delivery, please include your name, full street address, telephone number and email address.  If there is any problem with your order you will be contacted via either your telephone number or email address.

CHANGING AN ORDER
We cannot add to, cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

BACK ORDERS
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via your email address to let you know the estimated shipping date.
